Transforming your Eyes with Eyeshadows

Almond

This shape often has a distinct crease, so you want to begin by applying the darkest tone from the outer edge of the lid halfway into the crease itself. Then fill the inside portion of the lid with a lighter accent color and blend. Use eyeliner on the upper lid to make almond eyes appear large. If you want your almond eyes more round, stop eyeliner before the outer corner of the eye.

Round (Eye Shaping your makeup will help elongate your eyes & make them appear wider)

This shape will require the darker eyeshadow on the eyelid up to the crease. Extend the shade to the outer eye corner and continue down along the lower lid. Apply the lighter color on the entire top lid. Line top and bottom lids making the line thicker in the outer corner of the eye.

Key point *** Darker tones create depth, while lighter tones highlight***

This is a couple of eye shapes from a list of several.
